With a background in strategic leadership and organizational transformation, Donny brings years of experience guiding institutions through complex transitions and growth. He previously led an international nonprofit through a 50-year generational succession and shaped operations for a multi-state human performance conglomerate spanning dozens of entities, building unity, integrating systems, and inspiring innovation across diverse teams.

At LOB, Donny architects the organizational structure, weaving together the ecosystem components of our intelligent digital platforms and strategic partnerships. He collaborates with our team to create visionary new products, aligns the organization for sustainable growth, manages investor relations, and leads daily operations to sustain long-term impact.

His work consistently focuses on creating platforms, partnerships, and operating models that turn innovation into measurable impact — whether for high-growth startups or global enterprises.

Before joining LOB Group, Pablo held senior leadership roles at Globant and Monks (part of S4 Capital Group), where he spearheaded strategic growth programs and co-led engagements with world-leading technology and lifestyle brands. Across continents — from Silicon Valley to Amsterdam, Buenos Aires, and Milan — he has built a reputation as a connector of disciplines: where strategy meets execution, and vision meets impact.

Pablo’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that the next frontier of innovation is regenerative — technology that restores ecosystems, empowers people, and builds systems designed for seven generations ahead. A native of Argentina, now based in Tuscany, Italy, Pablo combines a global business mindset with deep empathy for social transformation. Michael is the Legal Counsel at Loaf of Bread (LOB), guiding the organization through complex legal landscapes to ensure compliance, protect partnerships, and advance initiatives that integrate impact organizations with intelligent solutions.

With a robust background in law, Michael began his career defending individual rights in criminal matters, civil rights cases, and civil litigation across administrative, municipal, state, and federal courts in New Jersey. Currently a Partner at Daniel Ebeling Maccia & Cohen—a firm specializing in sports, entertainment, and fashion—he brings expertise in contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk management. His extensive history includes work with top tech firms (Forbes 100), professional athletes, sports teams, and deep connections in the Washington DC sphere.

Michael serves on the Advisory Board of Templar Titan, a global risk management and security solutions firm founded by a former U.S. Navy SEAL; as Advisor to Veepio, a technology company developing an SDK for interactive mobile apps; and on the Board of the Heph Foundation, focused on empowering learners through group-based, problem-solving STEM/STEAM projects. For over 16 years, he consulted with SSP Blue on online safety, security, and privacy challenges for corporations, governments, and individuals, serving as an independent assessor of human rights, privacy, freedom of expression, and safety. He was also President of ‘nPLAY Foundation for eight years, building coalitions to promote childhood physical activity and nutrition. Michael earned his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School, served as Law Clerk to the Honorable John S. Triarsi of the Superior Court of New Jersey, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from The George Washington University.

A versatile and visionary leader, Brian brings over two decades of experience catalyzing clarity, culture, and capability across complex organizations. His career spans executive roles in private, public, and nonprofit sectors, where he has designed and implemented growth strategies, acquisitions, and transformations that strengthened operational excellence, expanded market leadership, and increased enterprise value.

Having lived and led across North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, Brian has built an international reputation as a trusted strategist, negotiator, and leadership coach. Adrian  is a world-class technology leader and system architect with over two decades of experience building large-scale digital infrastructures for some of the world’s most demanding organizations. Known for his combination of deep technical mastery and rare humility, Adrian has led cross-continental engineering teams and architected mission-critical platforms that now serve millions of users daily.

Before joining LOB Group as Chief Technology Officer and Strategic Advisor, Adrian served as Vice President of Technology at Globant, where he led high-impact engineering programs for global enterprises across finance, telecommunications, and digital platforms. He was also the lead architect behind the creation of Openbank — Santander Group’s 100% digital bank in Spain — where he built the end-to-end infrastructure and core banking systems between 2018 and 2020. This initiative became one of the most successful digital banking transformations in Europe, recognized for its reliability, scalability, and elegant integration of AI, data, and user experience at enterprise scale.

Adrian’s career began in software engineering roles across Google, Facebook (Meta), EA, Fnbox, Sisdam S.A., and Educ.ar SE, evolving through every layer of the technology stack — from backend systems to cloud-native architectures and enterprise modernization. His technical philosophy centers on clarity, resilience, and systemic intelligence — building technology ecosystems that not only scale but endure.
